Monthly Paws Program
Monthly giving is the easiest way to support Texas CARES’s life-saving work. When you join our Monthly Paw Program, you’re supplying a consistent source of income to help us provide medical care, flea treatment, healthy food, toys, beds and other supplies our kitties need. And it ensures we have a reserve built up for kitties who require special medical care like x-rays & surgeries.
- Platinum Paw: $50/month
- Helps pay for an exam and blood panel for an injured kitty
- Gold Paw: $25/month
- Helps pay for one cat spay/neuter surgery and vaccinations
- Silver Paw: $10/month
- Helps pay for foster supplies like food and toys

We are currently taking in many ill cats that would be euthanized if not placed in our program. Needless to say, our vet bills are on the rise, as we have had many visits to emergency vets as well as our own. Please help us today, so we can rescue more of these cats, and nurse them back to health so they can find their forever homes. Our food costs for our adoption centers are also rising. Please see the wish list to the right for the foods we use. They can be dropped off at the PETsMART listed below.

- Contact your favorite charity to see if they are a member of Tom Thumb’s Good Neighbor Program
- Link their account number to your individual Loyalty account and your purchases will credit the organization’s account

About the Program
Tom Thumb believes in working together with our customers to support programs that improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. We are committed to assisting non-profit organizations that are important to our customers and their families.
Tom Thumb offers our customers a way to direct our donation dollars to their favorite church, school or other non-profit organization. Since the program began in the fall of 1996, Tom Thumb/Randalls has donated nearly $48 million to over 8000 participating organizations. Through our Good Neighbor Program, organizations sign up to have an exclusive account number. Members of an organization can then link the account number to their Rewards card. You can link your favorite participating charity to your Rewards card by completing a Good Neighbor Charity Addition/Deletion Form. You will find the guidelines for organizations participating in the Good Neighbor Program outlined below. The more people who link their card to the organization’s account number, the more money the organization will raise. For artwork to use in newsletters or Web sites, please see below.
