Important Volunteer Application Requirment

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a volunteer application, which includes signing a legally binding waiver. Volunteers under 18 may participate only if their parent or legal guardian submits the application and lists the minor as a participant.

Before approving, Texas CARES will contact the applicant to verify their information and conform any minors listed have their consent to participate in volunteer activities at Texas CARES.
