exas CARES is unable to assist with un-socialized stray or feral cats and kittens, including pregnant cats or mother with kittens.  If you are willing to provide a pregnant and/or a mother w/kittens safe shelter in or outdoors until kittens are weaned, Texas CARES will  consider intake for kittens only and Texas CARES will provide a TCAP Spay Voucher for the mother cat.
